Joseph P. McKeone is the agency principal with over 30 years of experience in the commercial and personal insurance arena.  Joe started the agency with business partners in 1994, and in 1996 bought out the partners and renamed the agency.  Joe is in the office most days and can be reached by calling the office at Extension 12.

Sofia Forrest joined JP McKeone in 2015.  She maintains our large vehicle fleets as well as servicing both personal and commercial clients.  Sofia can assist with submitting all types of claims including workers compensation claims.  She has excellent communication and analytical skills where she can help with many insurance questions or find an answers by researching your question. Karen Walacavage’s work focus is in Commercial Lines and Personal Lines, in addition to maintaining client billing and account information.  She understands each insurance company’s billing types and invoicing plans.  She also assists customers with claims and policy changes. Julie joined JP McKeone in 2020 after moving to Ann Arbor from Chicago where she spent 30+ years working in the insurance industry.  She will focus on servicing both personal and commercial clients.  Julie can assist with submitting all types of claims, quoting changes, and questions about payments. Having worked within the industry, Julie has the unique ability to communicate well with underwriters on behalf of our commercial and personal insurance clients.. Julie can be reached at Extension 11.
