Meet Our Staff

Joseph P. McKeone is the agency principal with over 18 years experience in the commercial and personal insurance arena. Joe started the agency with business partners in 1994, and in 1996 bought out the partners and renamed the agency. Joe is in the office most days and can be reached by calling the office at Extension 12 or via the contact page on this site.

Marcella handles all aspects of agency accounting and client invoicing. She may be contacted at the office at Extension 24.

Judy has been working at the J.P. McKeone Insurance Agency as a Customer Service Representative since 1998. She can be reached at Extension 11.

Betty has worked for the J.P. McKeone Agency since 1999. Her work is primarily in Personal Lines plus maintaining client Auto Fleet information. She is very involved in quoting Home and Auto policies. She also assists customers with claims and policy changes.

Betty does work with commercial policies regarding policy changes, certificates, and claims. She does some quotes with guidance from Joe. Betty may be reached at Extension 10.

John McKeone, Associate Agent for J.P. McKeone Insurance Agency, works with our clients to help assure they get the best value for their insurance budget. His business experience includes contracts, job-shop manufacturing, construction and engineering technical services. He is in the office Monday and Friday mornings and Thursday afternoons, though our office staff can reach him at any time.
